Full Charge - Full Deposit - If canceled within 20 days of arrival
Partial Charge - 50% of Full Stay - If canceled within 45 days of arrival

Extra Fees
You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property: a damage deposit of USD 500 will be collected before check-in.
The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at the time of service, check-in or check-out.
- Cleaning Fee, $100 for Two Bedroom units and $120 for Townhouse/Penthouse Suites.

Government-issued photo identification and a credit card may be required at check-in for incidental charges.
Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.
- Minimum check-in age is 21 years old.
- The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guest room reservation.
Liability
The guest above is responsible for all guests in the room(s). The guest above is responsible for all charges incurred. The management will not be responsible for accidents or injuries to guests, for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind by theft or fire. We are a 100% Non-Smoking Facility Smoking on the premise will not be tolerated and can result in eviction. If smoking is detected in your room, it will result in a fine of $500 plus tax not including damages. By signing this form you are agreeing to our non-smoking policy. Noise Policy Any refunds that occur due to noise from your room, will be forwarded to your bill, and you will liable to pay for those charges. By signing this you accept our noise policy.
